In the last week Ive taken a look at regular headphones and earbuds, so today I have a gaming headset to round things off a bit. Mionix is a company based out of Sweden actually, and theyre trying to get into the market on this side of the ocean so theyre not very well known here. We decided to try out XFX XGear multimedia gaming headset that has a very special vibration feature implemented. Whenever you hear an explosion or shoot within a game or movie, the headphones begin to pulsate, which definitely adds immersion and realism to games. Today we take a look at Tritton's latest gaming headset, the AX Pro. Claimed by Tritton to be the "most versatile gaming headset in the world," the AX Pro boasts support for numerous platforms, including the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and the PC.

The 5H v2 Gaming Headset from SteelSeries is an excellent gaming headset for professional gamers. It features large full-size ear cushions which gently fit around your ears and reduce background noise and also adds to the comfort. Today, were going to take a look at the Tritton AX Pro GA611 5.1 gaming headset to see how well its 8 speaker powered circumaural headphones handle some of todays common games. Once you try the AudioFX, it will be your favorite gaming headset, we guarantee it! The plush cushioning ensures ultimate comfort for hours at a time.

Flipping the surround sound switch to on radically changes how the G35 gaming headset processes audio, acting as an all-in-one toggle for the Dolby Headphone and Dolby Pro Logic II effects. With it on, stereo music is up-mixed into a 5.1 surround sound field with subtle reverberations that trick my ears into thinking that I'm listening to music in an open environment. Up on the review block today I?ve got a gaming headset from Zowie Gear called the Hammer. The Hammer is made for gaming specifically, and for gaming it works well, but if you?re looking for a headset that you can use for music and movies as well you might want to look elsewhere. They've recently released a gaming headset called the Keid 20 and that's what I've got of review for you today.

One that we think has long-term merit perhaps beyond the realm of gaming, is the Gaming Headset X205 from Motorola. The X205 has a noise-cancelling microphone that supports clear voice recognition commands, a premium quality mono ear cup so users can easily communicate with others in the room, an ergonomic design to minimise the discomfort after endless hours in the saddle and inline mute and volume controls for seamless sound management. Along these lines comes Logitech’s gaming headset G330, a $49 product with a clever design, aimed at real users. At the heart of this gaming headset are two large 40mm Neodymium drivers for realistic explosions and piercing gunfire. And as what you hear is just as important as what you say, the Fatal1ty Gaming Headset boasts a flexible and detachable noise-canceling microphone boom that allows it to be used as a regular pair of headphones.

They?ve recently released a gaming headset called the Keid 20 and that?s what I?ve got of review for you today. The Keid 20 is a very comfortable headset that?s nicely made and designed with decent audio but it does have one flaw, so read on to learn more? Most gamers will want a binaural gaming headset to have the full experience of the game. The Razer Piranha arrived in a large cardboard box that reminded us of older Razer packages and strewn across the front was a large picture of this gaming headset along with the Razer logo. Inside the headset was fixed to a molded container to ensure the Piranha arrives safely at its destination.

TRITTON Technologies, known for designing and building the best gaming headsets on earth, delivers an affordable precision audio headset ? Designed specifically for the XBOX and PS3, the balanced speakers provide rich, full stereo audio while the removable microphone ensures superior voice communication. There are other gaming headsets out there that offer USB connectivity, such as the less expensive AHS302 USB, Stereo Headset with Microphone . Even the Sennheisers, or any gaming headset for that matter, wouldn't be able to match a pair of studio-grade headphones, simply because they haven't been designed to. I've been looking for a headset with decent audio quality for a while, and there just isn't any, because gaming requires a completely different sound stage to music.

a USB gaming headset is essential companion to your computer case at a noisy LAN party (or those late nights when all you want to do is listen to the Titanic soundtrack without your roommate knowing). Xoxide.com carries an assortment of gaming headphones that are great for listening to games or music, as well as taunting your enemies at LAN parties. The Fatal1ty USB Gaming Headset is designed with comfort in mind for those long gaming sessions, while delivering precision sound and explosive bass in your games. Plus, with the noise-canceling microphone you can be sure your orders will be heard loud and clear by your team. The Precision PC Gaming Headset tended to clamp against our ears and head with more pressure than we would have liked. The microphone is attached to the outside of the right earpiece.

We are taking a look at the Altec Lansing AHS602i gamers headset, which includes many features that may appeal to the hardcore gamer. I planned to use them for WoW, but never actually got them to work as an in-game mic. That may have been a compatibility problem but still a massive pain and it seems like it really shouldn't be difficult to set up a new mic headset. Our sponsorship of the Q Tour, communities, cups, tournaments, teams and LAN parties reflects this commitment. The knowledge weve gained has fed into our development of high quality products that have a great performance and given many a winning edge.

I can hear every cow moo and chicken cluck loud and clear in this headset, and the adjustable mic lets me update everyone with what I?m planning to plant and new additions to my homestead. And I just love the comfy ear pads.? The durable, reinforced design stands up to intense gaming and travel to LAN events while the plush cushioning and custom earphone shape ensures comfort even during the longest sessions. The crystal-clear microphone guarantees your squad mates will hear you loud and perfectly clear. Precision balanced 40mm drivers provide heart thumping bass and crystal-clear highs. A breakaway cable design will allow you to connect optional cables to your MP3 player or even an iPhone.

In the last week I've taken a look at regular headphones and earbuds, so today I have a gaming headset to round things off a bit. Mionix is a company based out of Sweden actually, and they're trying to get into the market on this side of the ocean so they're not very well known here. The G330 Gaming Headset uses an adjustable behind-the-head design, which some gamers prefer. It also is the first adjustable design, which is great for people who have had uncomfortable models in the past.
I found everything about this headset to be less than what i was used to. However as far as middle of the road headsets go it does ok, the one I like to compare it to is the steelseries siberia ($10 more). The ability to taunt your enemies in a deathmatch, or plan out a strategy in a cooperative game, massively improves the online gaming experience (Harry put it nicely in his Gaming Moment of 2009 ).
